How It Works

1. To request a price quotation including shipping, please click ''Enquire'' button under the item of your interest, and email to sales@prostockvault.com mentioning:

(a) item's REF Code, and

(b) your country of delivery

2. We will then respond with:

(a) a custom shipping quote,

(b) the total payable amount, and

(c) a secure payment link

by email. Once issued, the item status will then be marked as ''RESERVED''.

3. Please complete your online checkout via the secure payment link, and provide your full delivery address during the checkout process. If payment is not completed within 3 business days, the subject item will be made ''AVAILABLE'' again to other collectors.

4. Once payment transaction is verified, your order will be dispatched as requested within 5 business days, and also you will be notified of the parcel tracking number. The subject item will then be marked as ''SOLD''.
